PICO Manufacturing is a family underwear and sleepwear business established in 1931, with manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Southern Asia and the Far East. We are proud to have earned our

1958

The company experienced significant growth when Ira Litt joined the company. Three years later Ira established sales offices and headquarters in the iconic Empire State Building.

1973

Pico partners Cinderella Knitting Mills Inc. and family-owned Robinson Manufacturing Co Inc. combined operational forces moving all Pico product south to Dayton, Tennessee.

1983

Pico’s fourth generation, Craig Litt and Marty Litt joined the company. Under Ira, Marty and Craig’s direction, Pico began to expand beyond private brands and acquired the licenses for John Henry and Alexander Julian Underwear by the early 1990s.

1993

Pico created Jake & Co., a fashion underwear brand. Based on success, the business expanded with more products and additional brands in every major retailer.

2005

Pico became the Hanes Sleepwear licensee and has over time expanded product categories to include Men’s Underwear along with Male and Female Thermals; becoming a valued and collaborative partner with Hanes.
